“Eatin' Crabcakes: The Best I Ever Had”  finds the Island View Waterfront Cafe

Maryland Public Televisions search for Crab Cake Heaven finds the Island View Waterfront Café. From goliath-sized crab cakes to time tried-and-true recipes that have survived kitchen-based tests and trials of the ages, “Eatin' Crab Cakes: The Best I Ever Had” is the ultimate crab cake treasure hunt across the Chesapeake region. “Eatin’ Crab Cakes” is a follow-up to last year's popular “Eatin' Crabs: Chesapeake Style” this is a fun-loving, kitchen-hopping adventure that traverses the state in search of Crab Cake Heaven. Both programs air on Maryland Public Television April 19 beginning at 6 pm and April 23rd beginning at 8:30pm. Don’t miss the Island View episode featuring Miss Fran’s crab cakes  beginning at 9pm. Mr. Bruce--Wow!  What a wonderful place to have our wedding shower.  The Island View was beautiful and perfect!  The food was incredible and your staff were excellent.  They were more than accommodating.  I am still getting compliments on the shower.  Everyone loved your restaurant.  Thank you so much for allowing us to have it there.  It will definitely be a wonderful wedding memory.  Tricia and Curt
